Cross-country skiing course at Budor, Løten
Do you want to learn to cross-country ski, or do you want to take your technique to the next level? Then a ski course or a private lesson is perfect for you. The courses are held at Budor, which offers beautiful newly groomed ski slopes. The terrain here is gentle and suitable for beginners as well as experienced. The course is adapted to the participants' requirements. Our ski instructor Amund has extensive experience as a ski coach and gives you the tips that will enable you to turn your skis better.
Spreke experiences offers various ski courses at Budor. Here you will find courses suitable for beginners, advanced, those who like classical and those who want to test skating for the first time. We also have private lessons. This is suitable for those who want one-to-one follow-up. You can read more about private lessons here. A private lesson lasts 1.5 hours.
A ski course runs over two days, with activities on both Saturday and Sunday. Duration each individual day is 1 hour 15 minutes.
You must bring your own skis and poles, fully lubricated for today's conditions.
If you want to rent skis, it is possible to do this in the Budor ski resort or at BUA Løten.

Duration: 1.5 hours per private lesson
When: Winter season (varies slightly from year to year). Feel free to send us a request and we will respond accordingly.

Learn to dance through the landscape on ice skates, learn to glide on cross country skis in the tracks of the winter paradise of Budor (near Hamar). We also offer ice bathing and sauna at Rokosjøen during the winter and have team building activities at Budor during the months of summer.
