Welcome to Vestland Hytte og Kanoutleie at Fjorda!
Fjorda, also known as Velmunden, is located at Hadeland and is made up of several small and large lakes linked together via straits and canals. Velmund is Fjorda’s largest lake.

Vestland Kanoutleie can be found at the northern end of Saltbufjorden – one of the most attractive areas at Fjorda – and offers cabins, canoes, and rowing boats for hire.

Canoe hire at Fjorda
Vestland Kanoutleie has 40 canoes for hire, each with a maximum load capacity of 350 kg. 
Life jacket is required for everyone, and each canoe is equipped with two paddles. Non-swimmers and children under 40 kg have to bring their own life jacket, unless otherwise agreed. (We have some life jackets available for hire.)

Cabin hire at Fjorda
Vestland Hytte og Kanoutleie offers two cabins for hire. These are located 120 metres from the water’s edge, with mooring for boats and canoes. Both cabins are of basic standard, and have electricity and outside toilet facilities but no running water. Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests have to bring their own bed linen (sheets / pillowcases / duvet covers) and towels.
