Welcome to Fjordgløtt, a cozy hidden gem in Eina, a beautiful village in Vestre Toten municipality.

Everything served at Fjordgløtt is made from scratch, from soups to cakes. We make the dough the night before, both pizza, bread, burger bread, cinnamon rolls and other baked goods. There are no shortcuts here, just real craftsmanship to get the right taste. Toten's best pizza (The local newspaper test) can always be found on the menu, the rest of the dishes are decided by Kristin and Caroline based on seasonal ingredients, inspiration and creativity. In addition, you will find a small country store stocked with local food products, ice cream, organic meat and a selection of coffee and tea.
