Bakeriet i Brumunddal is a unique bakery with its own on-site production facilities and café. It is a popular meeting point and the ideal place to stop on your way to the mountains. We have invested in the most modern bakery equipment available in the market. Our products can be purchased and enjoyed at the very premises in which they are made – a local bakery experience at its best!

Our doughs are left to rise long enough for plenty of aroma to develop, resulting in end-products that hit your taste buds with a bang. Behind it all is our team of proficient employees, all of whom are qualified and highly experienced in their field. Just the way it should be!

Eat your greens! Our delicious salads are varied and filling. Added to a mix of fresh, crunchy vegetables are chicken, prawns, eggs or other “heavier” ingredients – and a sprinkling of nuts or other tasty treats on top. It is a choice you will not regret!

The bakery’s own ice cream
We produce fresh, homemade ice cream! Treats like strawberries, nuts, chocolate, and other selected ingredients are mixed with milk, cream, and pure water and then transformed into velvety soft ice cream with a unique taste. Could it be the best in the world? Pop in and try one of our flavours!
