About
Færder, Flisaelva/Glomma
Færder is the place to be for families and young people in Åsnes. Since Flisa camping was expanded, the beach has been packed on fine summer days.
Here, the Flisa river flows into the Glomma, and the bathing temperature is higher than out in the Glomma. The sandy beach was cleared when the campsite was expanded, and it is a spacious sandy beach that is so shallow that it is great for children.
A grass lawn runs along the entire beach. Boat slip.
Kiosk and restaurant for local residents, as well as a brand new sanitary block for guests.
Bistro with bar.
Vermundsjøen lake
At Vermundsjøen there is a sandy beach, toilet, rubbish bins, a large barbecue and tables (picnic tables). Vermundsjøen Velforening is responsible for the bathing area.
Municipal rubbish collection, bathing jetty, plenty of space for parking.
Sævsjøen lake
This is a nice campsite with space for many tents. It's also great for swimming. The site is very popular as an overnight stay after a paddle on Kynna. There are several outdoor tables, a fire ring/grill, a water point and an outhouse.
