Among the information that is processed is contact information for contact persons at customers and suppliers. The personal information is stored in our CRM system.

Visit Øst-Norge processes personal data in connection with marketing. This personal information will not be disclosed to other businesses without your consent.
Mailing:
It is possible to subscribe to various emails from Visit Øst-Norge. This is voluntary and means that you regularly receive the emails you have chosen to subscribe to. In order to sign up for those mailings, it is necessary to register with an email address and contact information. This information is stored in our CRM and email system (SuperOffice / Make). You can withdraw your consent for the sending of e-mails at any time. Visit Øst-Norge will then delete your contact information from the address list of the relevant newsletter.
Information about potential customers
Visit Øst-Norge stores contact information for potential professional customers. The information is obtained from participation in various fairs, business cards received or correspondence with representatives of the company. The purpose of this processing of personal data is to carry out marketing aimed at potential customers for our products and services in order to coordinate this marketing work. The personal information of potential customers is deleted within 5 years after it was entered into the database, unless a customer relationship is established - or consent to further storage is given.
Use of cookies on the websites:
On Visit East Norway's website, we log information about all visitors using Google Analytics. The information that is logged cannot be traced back to you as an individual. We use cookies so that we can work to improve the website and the user experience. The information cookies are mainly used for traffic measurement and optimization of the websites. 3. Personal information in connection with online booking:
For bookings through our booking solution (CityBreak), Visit Øst-Norge stores the personal information that is necessary to maintain the agreement. This is done in order to be able to process your order. The information is name, address, telephone, e-mail and any other information you provide in connection with the order. Payment information is stored with our online shopping provider. Your ordinary personal data is shared with the supplier of the product / experience you have ordered and stored in the Citybreak system.
4. Personal information in connection with registration of events:
When you register information about an event in Visit Øst-Norge’s online event form, you must register with your name and email address. We need this to be able to contact you if questions arise regarding your entry or the material you have used. The contact information will not be used for marketing.
