Kvarstad Chocolate Factory
Visit Ringsaker's very own chocolate factory and see how handmade confectionery is produced. Set in a central location close to the E6, Kvarstad Sjokolade is perhaps the biggest attraction along this route between Oslo and Trondheim.
Kvarstad Gård has expanded its chocolate production by opening a new chocolate factory in the old southbound roadhouse at Rudshøgda in Ringsaker. This is an opportunity to see handmade chocolate in the making, and to taste freshly made confectionery directly from the production line. There is also a factory outlet where you can buy products from Hovelsrud, Møllstad, Bråstad, Ment, and other local producers. An excellent selection of chocolate from the factory is of course also available.
The café has plenty of local treats on the menu, such as Kvarstad’s baked potato with various fillings, crispy flatbread pizza, salads, waffles, and lots more! This space can also be booked for functions, dinners, meetings, and other private gatherings with the family, colleagues or friends.
